Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all dinnerware is securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
